There is no shortage of commentary on the topic of Leadership. The
value of this blog is in the double entendre, the play on words, of
"Transforming Leadership".
First, Leadership needs transformation. As in Romans 12:2: "Be
not conformed to this world, but be transformed, by the renewing
of your minds..."
Second of all, some leaders are caretakers and others are
reactionary - not all are transformative. This blog tries to expose
leadership styles like "Triumphalism" and to point the way to
transforming leadership that is constitutional. Such leaders are
ordinary radicals, they are not rascals.
From Solon to Mandela, the world has seen great leaders operate in
the context of Democracy. Other great leaders have been less
democratic - like military leaders and benevolent dictators.
Smaller organizations also can be run variously - by classy
democrats or little tyrants. The core collection of articles posted
on this site provides case studies of role models and commentary.
